The fat gone and real size under it, in twelve weeks, coached one on one and entirely online by Devlin White. Your training and your macros rewritten every week off what your body actually did, not off what a calculator assumed it would do.

ONLINE, WITH DEV HIMSELF
You have done a twelve week block before. You were perfect for the first three, the weight moved, and then a bad week arrived and nothing in that plan changed, because a document cannot notice. Then the weight came back, and the twelve weeks after that were spent getting to where you already were. In Dev’s own words, what moved his client Dylan was relentless execution of the set out plan, ticking boxes daily and pushing past mental barriers, which only means anything if somebody is reading those boxes back to you every week. Watch this before you start another twelve weeks.
WATCH THIS BEFORE YOU APPLY
Devlin on why the weight came back, and what has to be different this time
If that is where you are right now, apply below. Devlin reads every application himself. Fill it in fully and honestly and he arrives at the call already knowing your training history, your food, your injuries and what has stopped you before. No obligation on that call, and never a payment detail on this page.
A SYSTEM, NOT A PLAN
His own words on a client who put sixteen months in: relentless execution of the set out plan, ticking boxes daily. The plan is the easy half. What you are paying for is somebody who notices when the week stops working
TRAINING THAT FITS YOUR WEEK
Written around the equipment you can actually reach, whether that is a full commercial gym or dumbbells and bands at home, and around the number of days your week honestly holds rather than the number you wish it did
FOOD OFF YOUR REAL DAY
Breakfast through to dinner, the snacks, the drinks and the pre and post workout meals, written around the food you already eat. Built off your week, your steps and your sleep, not off a calculator
FAT OFF, SIZE ON
One client went 96kg in February, 76kg by December, then 96kg again by May. Same number on the scale at both ends and not the same body. Losing it is half the job, and it is the half almost nobody else on your feed sells
CHECKED IN WITH EVERY WEEK
One honest check in a week, read by Dev himself, and the next week rewritten off what it says. That is the deal in both directions, and it is the mechanism, not an extra
COACHED FROM ANYWHERE
This is online coaching and nothing about it needs you in a particular room. Your check ins, your training and your macros travel with you, wherever you are training that week
The guarantee: DEV TO CONFIRM He publishes no guarantee on his Instagram and he runs no application form to state one on, so this page does not claim one and will not invent one. If there is a promise he is willing to stand behind, it goes in this box in his wording, and it is the first thing to settle on the call.
Consultation call. No obligation. Dev reads every application himself.
Dylan went 96kg in February 2025, down to 76kg by December, then back to 96kg by May 2026. Same number on the scale at both ends, and plainly not the same body. Dev published every one of those weigh ins himself as it happened. Then Juane, more than twenty kilos down across a year, and Sammy, off the gym floor and onto a competition stage.
01 / 04
Every plate here is Dev's own, published on his Instagram exactly as it appears here. Nobody has been cropped, only padded to one ratio so the frame never resizes as you move through them. DEV TO SUPPLY: THE REST OF THE RESULTS Six hundred and forty five posts deep, and Instagram will not serve most of them without a login, so only what is publicly reachable today is shown here. He has years more of this than four plates. The rest belongs in this carousel and it is the strongest thing missing from it.
Dev coaches one on one, online, and reads every application himself. He runs no intake form yet, so both columns below are built out of what he has published himself: how he describes the clients who got results, how long he keeps them, and what he names as the reason it worked. Read them properly and be honest about which side you are on.
“The results of relentless execution of the set out plan, ticking boxes daily and pushing past mental barriers.”
DEVLIN, IN HIS OWN WORDS
Every application is read by Dev. If you are not a fit, he will tell you that too.
No. Of the three client results he has published most recently, one is a competitor, one is a man who wanted his body rebuilt, and one is a woman who wanted more than twenty kilos gone and her life back around it. He calls himself a transformation specialist rather than a prep coach, and the stage is one thing he does, not the entry requirement.
That is the normal outcome of a twelve week block run on its own, and it is the reason the sub head on this page says rebuilt rather than lighter. Dropping weight is the half most people can already do unaided. Dylan went from 96kg to 76kg and then deliberately back to 96kg, and the second half of that took longer than the first. Say on the application that you have lost it before, because it changes how the twelve weeks get written.
Usually because you bought a document. A plan with nobody reading it back to you is the same plan in week nine that it was in week one. What Dev names as the reason his clients got there is relentless execution of the set out plan and ticking boxes daily, which only means anything if somebody is actually reading the boxes back to you every week. That is the part you would be paying for.
Twelve weeks, and it is the same number quoted everywhere else on this page. It is coached entirely online, so it runs in whatever gym you already use or off the equipment you have at home, wherever you are that week. On the week to week it is your training days plus one honest check in. If your week genuinely has no room in it, say that on the application rather than finding out in month two.
His rates are not published anywhere. Not in his bio, not in a form, not on his page, so this page does not quote a figure and will not invent one. DEV TO CONFIRM: RATES The number belongs on the call, where it can be matched to what you are asking him to do. What happens after you apply is that he reads it himself and comes back to book the call. Applying commits you to nothing, and this page never asks for a payment detail.
Dylan spent sixteen months on this and the weigh ins were published the whole way. The next twelve weeks run whether you apply or not. The only question this page can answer for you is what you have to show for them.
There is no countdown on this page and no fake seat counter. The honest scarcity is that he coaches one on one and reads every check in himself, so the roster can only be so long. The application is two minutes. That is the only filter here.
Every application is read by Dev. Applying commits you to nothing.
